Grandpa, although we weren’t blood related, I loved you just as though we were. You were an amazing man, always making jokes and were the brightest light in any room that you graced. I will forever wish that we had gotten more time together but I know that heaven has gained another angel and that you will always be with me. I am so sorry that I will not be able to attend the ceremony today due to inclement weather, but I will be mourning and celebrating your life just as well. My condolences to Isabel, and the rest of Grandpa Roy’s family, wishing you peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to hold forever in your heart. I love you grandpa.
